Ok so. Tonight and tomorrow night, there are Wonder Girls concerts at the Wiltern and Dennis, Lauren, and a few other people had wanted/planned to go to it (since January probably). However, it was pretty expensive (maybe $50 at the time) and you know, some plans just don’t work out. So we completely forgot about the concerts until yesterday, and we didn’t have tickets so hope was pretty much lost. BUT THE THING IS, Dennis’ friend called him and said she had 2 extra tickets and Dennis asked me if I wanted to go but of course, my mother said no so Dennis and Lauren made their trek to Ktown. About 2 blocks away and 15 minutes before the show, Dennis’ friend calls in a Phoebe-esque voice says: “Denneehce…um, my mom went to go like pick up the tickets right…and like, she saw the price and they were like…a hundred and twennee dollars *beat* so like…i can’t just like…give them…awayyy…okayyy so, sorry Denneeehce…yoocan like, buy them, r’somethin…k bai”
So….now, they’re at my house.
